Our meetings are temporarily suspended, but...

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1)

We take our community responsibilities seriously and will not resume meetings until it is safe to do so. But we are a church and fellowship is important for us. We cannot meet in person for now and instead are making more use of other ways to keep in touch with each other and have created some new resources for our ministry. Here are some of the things we have been working on:

  • Our pastor is recording a weekly video sermon and providing suggestions for a time of Sunday worship incorporating this sermon. Click here for details.
  • The Word of God is central to church life and sermons and Bible studies are available on the internet. Click here for recommendations on online resources.
  • We have created a blog page for our pastor
  • We are holding our Sunday evening service, midweek prayer and other meetings via Zoom video link

We hope of course that God, in His mercy, will soon bring an end to this present situation so that normal meetings can be resumed. Our prayer is that when the doors are open again to our church building there will be many people flocking in to hear the Word of the Lord and to seek salvation from the Lord Jesus Christ according to the Gospel.

Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
